Source of Kissvision remaster DVDs?

I see these Kissvision remaster DVDs a lot. Who is the original source
for them? Several different sellers have them on eBay all the time.

Is the quality good?

Tell me why. What are your standards for bootlegs? Are they as
good as the best vhs copies circulating? Mostly as good? Half as
good? Much worse? How are the transfers?

Also, there are a Few people selling these Kissvision Remasters...are
there differences in quality between these dealers or are they all
just duplicating the same DVD?
